About the Trainer

Randi-Lee has a passion for helping others reach their fitness goals. Randi is a competitive kickboxer who has represented Team Canada internationally. In 2015 Randi won the Canadian National 52kg low kick division and in 2016 received a silver medal at the Pan American kickboxing tournament (full contact senior woman 52kg).

Most recently Randi was selected to be one of the coaches for the Ontario Winter Games 2020. She will be coaching a group of junior athletes during this amazing event in February. 

 

Randi is a mother of two and understands that life can be busy which is why she wants to help others be fit while having fun. As well her youngest daughter has autism (ASD), ADHD and mental health; which gives Randi vast experience with assisting children who have neurodiversities. Not all people learn the same way and Randi adapts her strategies to fit the student.

She graduated from both Pre-Community Services and Community and Justice Services (receiving top marks in her class). She has five years in the social services field and understands how to create and achieve attainable goals.

  • Yogafit level 1, 2, 3, yoga back and prenatal yoga

  • Level 1 Coach training through CASK

  • Red Cross first aid instructor 

  • Mental health first aid and ASSIST (suicide intervention training)
