With another new year there always comes resolutions. I prefer to set goals not resolutions. We don't need to change who we are (which is what a resolution tends to suggest) instead we want to achieve something new and exciting (a goal). If that goal happens to be fitness related then it is always best to have someone on your side helping you to achieve it. You are more likely to succeed if you have someone to be accountable to - like a trainer or a really good friend. Whoever you choose just be sure that they have the same motivation to achieve that goal.
