Pre-Natal Training

Fitness during pregnancy is a safe way to stay active. The Society of Obstetricians and Gynecologists of Canada recommend strength, flexibility and cardiovascular exercises most days of the week. Build your functional strength and prepare for birth and motherhood. As your body changes and your baby grows your centre of gravity will shift, throughout the sessions we will discuss proper alignment which will help with the back pain often associated with pregnancy. 

 

Incorporating yoga stretches will release tension throughout the body. Connecting with your baby through body awareness can ease the stress of pregnancy.

Sessions are done through one on one personal training. Sessions are adapted to what you need throughout each trimester. 

Post-Natal Training

Recovery is essential after birth.

 

Mothers need to retrain their abdominal muscles to work synergistically with each other. Throughout the postnatal fitness program you will be able to regain your core stability and confidence. 

The program will take you through the first 8 weeks after birth and beyond in a safe way for your body.

 

Sessions are done through one on one personal training. Sessions are adapted to what you need while healing and beyond. 

Core Re-Training

This program is designed for those that may be feeling weak in their core (due to abdominal surgery, being overweight, rapid weight loss, etc.).

When your core is not working optimally it can cause back pain, pelvic pain, contribute to incontinence and other issues. 

Sessions are done through one on one personal training. Sessions are adapted to what you need to reach your fitness goals.
