Personal Training sessions are focussed and individualized to help each client achieve their fitness goals. Whether it is to lose weight, increase your flexibility or have more energy to play with your kids; Ignite Personal Training is here to help you.

The trainer will use a variety of techniques to help you including; High Intensity Interval Training, Cardio, Resistance Training, Kettle Bells, Fitness Kickboxing and Kangoo Power, etc.

Pre and Post Natal specific training is available. This training is focussed on getting you prepared for birth and motherhood as well as retraining your core after birth. For more information on pre/post-natal training click here. 

Sessions are available at the Ignite Personal Training's facility or in your own home*. All services are focused on helping you to achieve your fitness goals while having fun. Packages are available.

PERSONAL TRAINING

 

Meet with your own personal trainer who will review your fitness goals and challenges. Sessions are individualized for your needs and the trainer will track your progress to ensure that you reach your goals. We start training where you are and will work up to where you want to be! The trainer aims to ensure that along the way you are having fun and enjoying your journey to fitness.

PARTNER TRAINING
If you prefer working out with a friend or family member then make it a partner session.  Training sessions will encourage you to learn new fitness routines and have fun while still working towards your fitness goals.

Office/Group Package

 

If you want to rejuvenate on your lunch break then get a group of co-workers together and split the cost. The trainer will come to your work or organization and run sessions that fit into your schedule and needs (from low intensity to high intensity you choose).

HEALTHY EATING & WEIGHTLOSS COACHING

 

A large part of weightloss has to do with what you eat. Meet with a coach and review your eating habits. The coach will teach you how to make healthier choices to assist you with your weightloss goals. Topics could include portion control, label reading and many more.

*the weightloss coach is not a dietician and cannot prescribe meal plans

THE WHOLE PACKAGE

 

Get the best of both worlds by combining both personal training and the healthy eating & weightloss coaching. Since wightloss and fitness is a combination of both your physical workouts and what you eat this package is the best option for the cost to help you achieve your goals.
