Q: What methods of payment do you accept?

A: Cash, debit tap, credit and e-transfer to info@ignitepersonaltraining.com

    As well as automated payments through credit card of direct debit.

Q: What are your hours?

A: Currently Ignite Personal Training is open during scheduled classes. However, please feel free to contact by phone or email to set up an appointment if you have more questions.

Q: What if my child needs extra support?

A: A support person is welcome to assist the child when needed. Each child's needs can be discussed prior to starting. 

Q: Are your classes inclusive?

A: Ignite Personal Training does its best to include all people (including those with disabilities - mental, physical, developmental and learning). If you/your child requires extra support and you have concerns please set up an appointment to discuss the best training option. 

Q: Do you provide receipts for SSAH?

A: Yes you will be given a receipt for this purpose if requested for either the classes or private lessons.

Q: Can I participate in the Bootcamp if my goal is not weight loss?

A: Absolutely! As long as you are wanting to make healthy changes you are welcome to join the group.

Q: Do I need to know how to kickbox before attending the fitness kickboxing classes?

A: No, you will be taught how to properly do the techniques. New individuals are always welcome.
